When you submit a trip request, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, optional phone number, starting area, destination, timing, traveler count, and requested ground support or trip details.

Our website and form providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security signals needed to deliver the site, prevent spam, and process the form.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to you, evaluate the requested itinerary, communicate with appropriately authorized air operators, coordinate ground arrangements you request, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

Trip-request submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to Flee Aviation. Website hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data needed to serve and protect the site.

We may share relevant request details with authorized air operators and ground-service providers when needed to evaluate or coordinate your request. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or services. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use trip-request information for targeted advertising.

Data choices and retention

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your request by emailing us. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legitimate recordkeeping, dispute, safety, and legal needs.

Security and sensitive information

We use an encrypted HTTPS form and service providers intended to reduce unauthorized access. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, passport details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the trip-request form.

Children and changes

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information. We may update this notice as our services or data practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
